Terms of Service
Last updated July 2, 2026.
1. Who we are
Translators.International ("we," "us") provides certified and creative human translation services from Orlando, Florida, United States. These Terms govern your use of our website and translation services.
2. Our services
We offer two families of work: Certified & Official translation (accuracy- and jurisdiction-bound documents, including a signed Certificate of Accuracy) and Creative & Human translation (literary, artistic, digital, and transcreation work). All translation is performed by human translators — we do not use machine translation.
3. Quotes and orders
Estimates shown by the on-site calculator are for the Certified & Official lane only and are non-binding — final pricing is confirmed once we review your documents. Creative & Human work is quoted individually and is not priced by the calculator. An order is confirmed once you accept a written quote.
4. Payment
We do not currently process payment on this website. After a quote is accepted, payment is collected via an emailed invoice or payment link. Work begins once payment (or an agreed deposit) is received, unless otherwise arranged.
5. Turnaround
Standard, expedited, and rush turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on document length, complexity, and translator availability. We'll tell you as early as possible if a delay is likely.
6. Certification & accuracy
Every certified document is delivered with a signed Certificate of Accuracy attesting to the completeness and accuracy of the translation. Acceptance of certified translations by a given institution, court, or government agency is at that institution's discretion — we certify accuracy, not third-party acceptance.
7. Confidentiality
Documents you send us are used solely to produce your translation and are handled confidentially. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
8. Cancellations & revisions
You may cancel before work begins for a full refund of any deposit paid. Once translation work has started, cancellation may be subject to a partial charge for work completed. We'll make reasonable revisions to correct errors in a delivered translation at no extra charge.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific translation in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including delays caused by third parties (courts, government agencies, notaries, or apostille authorities).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
