TRANSLATORS.INTERNATIONAL.

Certified translation across four languages, four jurisdictions.

Services

Two families of work. One spine: real humans, not machines.

Certified accuracy where the law requires it. Creative fluency where meaning and voice matter most. Both delivered by native translators — never a machine.

Accuracy · legal validity

Certified & Official

Jurisdiction-bound translation for documents that have to hold up — immigration, courts, schools, and government agencies.

  • Certified translation
  • USCIS / immigration documents
  • Birth, marriage & academic records
  • Notarized translation
  • Apostille & legalization coordination
  • Official interpretation
USCIS-accepted · signed Certificate of Accuracy included
Meaning · emotion · voice

Creative & Human

Global and ungated — no credential required, sellable in any of our language pairs. For work where a literal translation would lose the point.

  • Literary — books, comics, scripts
  • Creative & artistic — music, lyrics, art
  • Digital & brand — websites, apps, marketing
  • Transcreation — intent, tone, and nuance, not literal words
Quote-based · premium, not commoditized
Languages · The Corridor

Depth in four languages, not breadth in twenty-five.

We go deep instead of wide — English, Spanish, German, and Portuguese, certified across four jurisdictions. Our German–Spanish corridor is the rarest pairing in the category.

Why us

Real people. Real meaning.

Machine translation loses slang, voice, nuance, and emotion — even between two people who share a language, meaning gets misread. Only a native human carries meaning across intact, whether it's a legal document that has to be precise or a comic that has to sound right.

Machine translation

  • Literal, word-for-word substitution
  • Misses idiom, slang, and tone
  • No legal standing — not accepted by USCIS or courts
  • Can't judge what a sentence is really trying to say

Translators.International

  • Native translators in every language pair
  • Trained to carry voice, nuance, and intent
  • Signed Certificate of Accuracy, USCIS-accepted
  • Judgment a machine doesn't have — for legal precision or creative voice

For agencies & law firms

Certified overflow capacity, in the pairs your regular vendors don't cover.

We work as a subcontractor lane for agencies and law firms that need reliable certified capacity — especially in the scarce German↔Spanish corridor. Location-free, vendor-reliable, and built to plug into your existing workflow.

Scarce-pair overflow

German↔Spanish and other hard-to-source pairs, backed by a sworn subcontractor network.

Vendor-reliable

Signed Certificate of Accuracy on every document, consistent turnaround, no chasing status updates.

Works from anywhere

No physical office dependency — we plug into your pipeline as a remote certified vendor.

Direct line

WhatsApp and quote-form intake built for repeat business, not one-off retail requests.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot.

What's the difference between certified and notarized translation?
A certified translation includes a signed Certificate of Accuracy attesting the translation is complete and correct — that's what USCIS and most agencies require. A notarized translation adds a notary public's seal verifying the translator's identity and signature, which some courts and institutions require on top of certification. We offer both.
Is your certified translation accepted by USCIS?
Yes. Every certified translation includes a signed Certificate of Accuracy that meets USCIS requirements for immigration filings, along with academic, legal, and civil document submissions.
How long does a certified translation take?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days. Expedited (1–2 business days) and same-day rush service are available when staffed — both shown in the calculator below.
Do you handle apostille and legalization?
Yes — we coordinate apostille and legalization on your certified translation as an add-on service, so your document is accepted internationally without you having to navigate the process yourself.
How do I send my documents?
Upload through the quote form below, email a scan, or send a photo over WhatsApp. We accept PDFs, images, and most common document formats.
Do I get one Certificate of Accuracy per document?
Yes. Per the 2025 USCIS rule, every certified document receives its own signed Certificate of Accuracy — included at no extra charge.

Use the calculator for an instant certified-translation estimate, or fill out the form for anything else — including Creative & Human work, which we always quote directly.

Estimate only — certificate of accuracy is free and included. Creative & Human work (books, comics, brand, transcreation) is quoted directly, not calculated here, to keep it priced on value, not per page.
