1. What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, source and target languages, document or project type, destination country, any notes, and any file you choose to upload. If you book a call with us, we collect the name, email, and scheduling details you provide through our booking platform.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to prepare your quote, perform your translation, deliver your Certificate of Accuracy, and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your documents for any purpose beyond fulfilling your request.

3. Third-party services

Our quote form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service — we do not host our own email or form infrastructure. Calls are booked through Cal.com, subject to their own privacy terms. If you pay via an emailed invoice or payment link, that payment is processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

4. Document handling

Uploaded documents are used solely to produce your translation and are shared only with the translator assigned to your order. We retain documents only as long as needed to complete your order and provide support afterward, and delete them on request.

5. Cookies & analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Any analytics we add in the future will be privacy-respecting and disclosed here.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us via the quote form or email.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve (including Phase 2 features like a client portal). We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
